Living Wage Week 9-15th November 2020

CareTrade is proud to have been accredited as a Living Wage Employer since 2017

Paying the Living Wage has always been about doing the right thing; even when times are tough. The pandemic has shown just how much we need each other to get by and shone a light on the crucial role of cleaners, care workers and millions of others in low-paid, insecure work.

Now, more than ever, we all need to recognise and celebrate employers who do the right thing by workers and their families and pay the real Living Wage.

The real Living Wage is the only UK wage rate that is voluntarily paid by over 6,500 UK businesses  (with over  2000 in London) who believe their staff deserve a wage which meets everyday needs; the weekly shop, or a surprise trip to the dentist. Our employers voluntarily pay the real Living Wage  – they also make sure all their employees in London receive the London Living Wage.
