All employers, irrespective of size and sector can offer any young person, claiming Universal Credit, a six-month work placement that will be paid for by government. The Kickstart Scheme will be delivered by the Department for Work and Pensions and will initially be open until December 2021, with the option of being extended.
CareTrade are very interested in talking to any employers that are interested in working with us to employ autistic staff on this scheme, even if you are a small business.
