Trustees
CareTrade is governed by a Board of Trustees who collectively have overall responsibility for the charity.
All Trustees are actively involved in strategy and management through the Board and Committee Meetings. Trustees each contribute a wide range of expertise and experience to the charity.
The Board meet four times a year and the Committees (Finance & Risk, Education, Development and EDI) meet more regularly. The day to day running of the charity is delegated by the Board of Trustees to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), who is supported by the wider Leadership Team (Development Director, Head of Quality & Training and Principal of The Autism Project).
