TAP Social Action Day 2021
The Autism Project (TAP) staff and student are doing a sponsored walk on 12th May for their annual social action day and this year we will be raising funds for the Working Kitchen project.
The aim of the kitchen is to enable students to learn through experience to gain the skills and confidence to move into paid employment . CareTrade has opened the Working Kitchen to provide this and a delicious range of foods to sell in our weekend café traineeship programme that we run from the School House Café. The kitchen is based in Greenwich and is currently used for TAP students and can be used by other projects participants too
They will be walking around 11 miles along the Thames path. Please support them by donating here
You can follow them virtually on the day, as we will be posting updates on our social media accounts
